R’Lab is the youth development branch of R’Legaci Fwd, dedicated to creating opportunities for young people to discover their potential, build confidence, and develop skills that extend beyond the classroom.
Through movement, mentorship, enrichment, and community-based experiences, R’Lab encourages youth to explore their interests, challenge themselves, and grow into confident, capable individuals.
Because every young person deserves the opportunity to discover what they're capable of.
R’Space | Where Women Find Room to Become
Launching January 2027
R’Space is the women-centered branch of R’Legaci Fwd, creating intentional spaces where women can connect, prioritize their well-being, rediscover themselves, and grow through every season of life.
Building on the foundation of Mocha Mommy Strength, R’Space expands that mission beyond motherhood, bringing women together through wellness, movement, shared experiences, and meaningful conversations.
From initiatives like Sista Strolls to future programs centered on connection, personal growth, and empowerment, R’Space is about creating a community where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
Because every woman deserves space to be more than what the world asks of her.

R’Ground is the men-centered branch of R’Legaci Fwd, dedicated to creating spaces where men can connect, grow, support one another, and build a stronger sense of purpose and community.
Through mentorship, meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and community-centered initiatives, R’Ground encourages men to embrace personal development, strengthen relationships, and redefine what it means to lead with intention.
From fostering intergenerational connections to creating opportunities for collaboration and collective growth, R’Ground is building a foundation where men can show up authentically, learn from one another, and move forward together.
