Strength looks different on every woman. StrongHer Sessions brings women together through accessible fitness experiences, movement, and conversations that build confidence, encourage personal growth, and celebrate what our bodies can do.

From Mocha Mommy Strength to R’Space.
Mocha Mommy Strength was built on a simple but powerful belief: women deserve to feel supported, empowered, and connected while navigating the many roles and responsibilities life places upon them.
What began as a space rooted in motherhood grew into something much bigger. Through shared experiences, honest conversations, movement, and community, we recognized a need that extends beyond any single title or season of life.
Because before we are mothers, partners, professionals, caregivers, or anything else the world calls us, we are women. And we deserve room to discover, rediscover, and become ourselves.
Today, that foundation continues through R’Space, the women's initiatives branch of R’Legaci Fwd. We're carrying forward the heart of Mocha Mommy Strength while expanding how we connect women with experiences, resources, organizations, and opportunities that support their growth.
The name may evolve. The commitment to women remains.
